This law has been in news with arrest of an Indian journalist, a Chinese woman and her Nepalese accomplice for running an espionage racket . The Delhi police recently arrested an Indian journalist, a 30- year-old Chinese woman and her “Nepalese accomplice” for passing on sensitive information about deployment of Indian troops to Chinese intelligence officers.
