Updated: September 26, 2020 16:18

This study by Milind Oak for a New Delhi based think tank India Policy Foundation is one of the rarest studies revealing misuse of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) by a section of NGOs in India. (The details for this amendment can be found at: http://www.thenationalistview.com/research-and-reference/foreign-contribution-regulation-amendment-bill-2020full-text/)

First published in 2012, Cross Purposes is one of the most authentic reference documents to understand the working of socio-religious institutions in India in the non-governmental sector especially in context of the FCRA. The full text of ‘Cross Purposes’ can be downloaded here:-
