This study by Milind Oak for a New Delhi based think tank India Policy Foundation is one of the rarest studies revealing misuse of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) in India.

The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2020 was passed in Lok Sabha, the lower house of Indian Parliament. The Bill proposed to streamline the use of foreign funding in the NGO sector
